heykantine! is an easy to use Web-App, you can access heykantine! with your preferred browser across all devices. An App is not required.

All meals are individually packaged and delivered in our sustainable heykantine! bowls. Carbon neutral, BPA-free and reusable! Please note: ☝ While the bowls are microwavable, the lids are not suitable for the microwave. So please remove the lid before heating your meal in a microwave.

Yes, please register for heykantine! before your first order by providing your name and email address, then confirm your registration via the confirmation link sent to your inbox and you´re ready to go!

The food is prepared fresh daily by our certified catering partners and in compliance with strict hygiene & safety standards.

We work with the best local caterers from within our certified heycater! partner network. These caterers have prepared a great menu of daily changing lunch dishes especially for YOU.

Our caterers prepare a daily changing menu for an entire month in advance and the menus are updated on a monthly basis. This means you can easily pre-order your delicious lunch as early as one month in advance in accordance with your schedule.

All orders that are to be delivered the next day must be received by latest 15:00 the day before the delivery day via the heykantine! website. Orders for a later delivery date can be placed at any time.

If you have successfully completed your meal order, you can pick up your food on the selected date by using your order number at the pick-up location.

We are happy to adjust the heykantine! opening hours individually to your wishes & needs on site. Typically about 2 hours over lunchtime. In your order confirmation, you will find an exact pick-up slot for your order so you won’t have to waste precious time waiting in long lines.

You can pick up your order within your selected time slot.

After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation by mail. Please have it ready when you pick-up your meal since the caterer needs your order number to hand out your food.

We make every effort to provide you with all available options directly with the dishes through selection menus. In addition, you can specify notes per dish. First add the dish to your shopping cart. Then, when you view your shopping cart, you can add notes per dish.

No, the delivery costs are already included in your meal price.

You easily pay with your preferred payment method and can choose between credit card payment or paypal at checkout

If the order process is already completed and you change your mind about your order, please contact us at [email protected] and let us know about your preferred change. We will do our best to adjust your order, but depending on lead time and capacity, we unfortunately cannot guarantee your order change

Yes, you have the possibility to cancel your order until 3pm the day before. Please contact us as soon as possible. Just send us an email to [email protected] and please include your order number.
