All orders that need to be delivered the following day must be received by 2 pm. You can place orders for a later delivery day at any time.

You can order as many meals as you like. If you want to order more than one meal, you have to add the meals one after the other to your shopping cart (Order → go to the checkout, then go back to → and order again).

No, you do not pay a separate delivery fee for your lunch.

You can use all available payment methods. Currently we offer payment by credit card or Paypal. If you have a voucher code, you can enter it during the payment process and your order will be reduced by the voucher value. If your meal is subsidized by your employer, the corresponding value will automatically be deducted from your shopping cart.

heykantine! is a web app that can be used with the browser of your choice on all devices. An app is not required for use.

The caterer works according to the highest quality and safety regulations, keeps sufficient distance to the customers and wears a mouth and nose cover. Furthermore, all areas and used equipment are regularly disinfected and cleaned on site.

Every day you have the choice between a vegetarian and a meat option. If you like you can also add a dessert.

You must have your 4 digit HK order number (included in the confirmation email) ready at the time of pickup and tell it to the caterer when you pick up your food.

All meals are served on site by our caterer in disposable packaging. The meals are packed in advance. The packaging of the meals can vary depending on the caterer and the dish. We encourage all our partners to take care of our environment and use only environmentally friendly materials.

If you have ordered the wrong day or the wrong food by mistake, please send an email to [email protected] You can cancel or change your order for the following day until 14:00. If you want to cancel an order completely, please also send an email to [email protected] We will cancel the order in the system and you will receive a refund.

The meals are served between 12:30 and 13:30 by our caterer at your location.
